Rolling Pins

The French rolling pin is a tapered pin that is used for rolling out any kind of dough. It is more efficient at flattening a ball of dough in comparison to the traditional pin because you don’t have to exert as much effort to flatten your dough. The bevel in the center of the pin gently forces the dough to disperse evenly to either side.

The flat baker's pin is a great multipurpose pin for any kind of dough rolling. This style of pin is a favorite among pasta chefs and bakers who roll fondant.
